Vintage Glazed Stoneware Head Mounted on Teak Base, Circa 1950s. Elongated head form with exaggerated features and a central horn-like protrusion. Formed from heavy-weight stoneware with areas of light surface glaze in shades of rust and dark green. The piece may have been a component of a larger work. Mounted with a central metal rod attached to a solid teak block base. Unsigned.

Presented as part of our “Nameless Art + Design” Show collection, January 2025.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Minimal surface wear. The teak base shows signs of wear as pictured, with light areas of staining. Areas of discoloration where previous labels may have been mounted.
