Rare Vintage Gucci Umbrella with Bent Lucite Handle, Made in Italy, Circa 1960s.

Beautifully fashioned of cotton twill canvas with an exposed selvage hem. The hand-applied, iconic red and green Gucci stripe runs the length of the canopy.

The wooden ferrule is capped with a brass band which is mirrored above the looped lucite handle. Lucite tips are applied to the ends of each rib.

Retains original Gucci label on the interior with “Gucci Italy” medallion set into the handle.

A true archival piece to complement any GG lover’s collection.

Condition: Great vintage condition, all elements are intact with no tears to the canvas or chips to the lucite. Slight staining to the canvas consistent with age and use. All of the ribs are functional and intact. Retains original Gucci label. Slight scratching to lucite handle. A few loose threads around rib cap on interior. Can be professionally dry-cleaned.
