Vintage “Papillon” 26 barrel bag by Louis Vuitton, circa 1960s'/70s. Features the iconic brown + tan LV monogram coated canvas with brass hardware, tan leather trim, dual flat top handles, brown leather lining and zip closure at top. This bag was likely made in California circa 1960s as the demand for the brand had reached a fever-pitch, the company started producing stateside to feed the US demand. Details that note US production by Frenchco, a premier US-based luggage company with exclusive rights for producing LV bags, include the finished leather quality of the strap, piping and interior leather as well as the Talon zipper. 

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No notable flaws or issues. Slight marks on the strap where it connects with bag.
