Vintage Murano Sommerso Art Glass Clamshell Bowls / Ashtrays, Circa 1960s. Ombré blown glass in the shape of an open clam, one in deep teal to ochre and the other in royal blue to clear. An interesting design, the piece is able to sit on its side as well as upright. A gorgeous example of Italian art glass. Unsigned, attributed to Archimede Seguso.
