Larger half-plate size tin-type of a family in front of their homestead, dressed in their best with their cattle in the foreground. Both the cows and children remained in motion while the photo was captured leaving a blur of details. A wonderful snapshot of rural American life from the late 1800s. Artist unknown.

Condition: Great antique condition with minimal surface wear. The photograph is in great condition with natural wear and finish variation. Small bends to a couple corners. Newly framed in an antique ebonized wood frame.
