Antique Green Painted Oak Pet Carrier With Mesh Door, Circa 1910s. Crafted from panels of oak, the frame is modeled after the classic doghouse silhouette with a pitched roof, arched entry, rounded step pad and a latched mesh door. Painted green later in life, the previous pet’s name can still be read beneath the paint, “Lady.” The wood carrier is beautifully patinated from the last 100+ years. Raised on 4 feet with a metal carrying handle at the center top. Unbranded.
