Vintage 1940s - 1950s gilt wood and resin hinged box by Nonnenbacher. Tufted design with small floral motif. Retains almost all original gold paint. Bottom of box retains original gold foil label that reads “Nonnenbacher Designers Since 1858”. Heavy duty brass hinge and gold painted interior.
Condition: Good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age + use. Surface has some crazing but doesn’t detract from the overall looks of the piece. Left back corner has a small crack visible in photos. Interior of box is very clean.
