Antique Walnut and Twisted Wire Framed Tabletop/Wall Mirror by Sherwood, Circa Late 19th Century. Beautifully antiqued original mirror plate set within a rectangular walnut frame and encased within a decorative yet functional twisted wire framework. This piece can be oriented as a tabletop mirror with its triangular wire stand design or wall-mounted. Retains original manufacturer’s stamp on the backside, “Sherwood’s Portable Dressing Glass. Patent July 8th, 1873.”
Condition: Excellent antique condition, shows signs of wear commensurate with age and use (as pictured). Antiqued original mirrored glass and light frame finish variation present.
