Vintage Helmet Conch Shell Table Lamp, Circa 1950s. Two beautiful conch shell specimens cleverly affixed to one another with square steel nuts and hooks to create this lighting feature. The larger “king” shell on top has a creamy, opaque quality which perfectly aids the soft, warm glow when lit. The lower form is turned face down creating a natural support base. Unsigned, likely produced in Brazil.
CONDITION: Excellent vintage condition with minimal surface wear. Small areas of abrasion as detailed in images. Areas of finish variation present on steel hardware components, does not detract from the look or function.
