Antique pétanque playing balls. Late 19th - early 20th century. These styles were made by hammering nails into a wooden core. Two different styles: one with domed nail heads and the other with squared nail heads. The larger ball is stamped with an “S” and the smaller with “1J”.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Wear consistent with age + use.
