Vintage Signed Ruth Kerkovius Artist Proof Etching Titled "and also the red glasses," Circa 1960s. A stunning etching by the artist, this still life is centered around several serving vessels and vases. Particular attention is paid to the three red glasses, after which the print is titled. The saturated color stands out against the otherwise muted palette of natural and olive tones. Signed in pencil in the lower right and titled at the center border “….'and also the red glasses.’” The lower left notes in pencil, “artist proof.” Titled again on the reverse of the frame, with an applied handwritten label. Framed in original ebonized oak frame with cream mat.
