1960s Talleres Monasticos Mexico Sterling Silver & Wood Plaque

Beautiful sterling silver and brass effigy of Jesus on ebony stained wood by Talleres Monasticos Mexico

Produced by Benedictine monks. Rear brass strip allows plaque to be hung. Stamped “Talleres Monasticos Mexico 925” on sterling silver plate on backside.

Condition: Good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age + use. Smalls dents in wood: one front corner and most concentrated to back side edges - see photos for detail. Two small scuffs on front of wood. Silver and brass components are in excellent condition.
